Leadership

“My mission is to make a positive impact in senior care and our community, nurturing a legacy of hope, courage, and excellence.”

Brandy Goins

RN, LNHA

Administrator

Brandy Goins, a Jacksonville native, is a dedicated healthcare professional with an impressive 19-year career in long-term care. She started her journey as a registered nurse at New Hanover Regional Medical Center before joining Principle LTC (the management company of Premier Nursing & Rehabilitation). Throughout her tenure with Principle LTC, Brandy held various roles, including Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. Her commitment to excellence led her to complete an Administrator-in-Training program, culminating in her role as the Administrator at Premier Nursing & Rehabilitation. Inspired by her mother’s 30-year career with Principle LTC, Brandy’s mission is to lead a kind and caring team, mirroring the same level of care and compassion she witnessed her mother deliver. Beyond her professional duties, Brandy is deeply engaged in her community, participating in sports, volunteering with senior services, supporting local wildlife, and actively contributing to her church.

Brandy’s dedication has been recognized through the prestigious Principle LTC Healthcare Hero Award—embodying hope, courage, excellence, and strength.

“I’ve dedicated my career to healthcare for the past two decades because I find profound fulfillment in guiding elderly patients on their journeys to health and happiness.”
